After 3 years my bike has failed me. 3 weeks into a 12 week European holiday. Think the wiring has been damaged with up and down on the bike rack. Intermittent power. Went into a cycle shop but they couldn't do anything as its specialised. Also lost some bits out of the brake handles. Guess we need to get to a show when we get back to UK. On a plus side the weather in Millau was glorious today.

That's a nuance for you, can you use it without power, big bonus though the good weather, we could do with some sunshine here.

Email mike or Graham at as BIKES, they are very helpful and might even send you the required wiring.
Theysent us a stand and a new accelerater handle to France for us.
Sentus a diagram when wiring went on Tez bike and even told us how to take wiring of to change back wheel after a puncture.
His acceleration went as well and talked him through fixing that.
Excellent after sales and will help you out even after the guarantee runs out.
WE have 2 of their bikes and won't hesitate to buy from him again.

Don't think we are technical enough to have a go ourselves.have lost a pin out of one of the brake handles too. Just hope it struggles along until we get it home to be fixed.

As its been said there is a very good after sales service with these chaps.

We have experienced only one problem with our two bikes in the past 8 years.

Would definately recommend them to anyone. :thumb::thumb:
