Currently in anice 4 place aire near Limoges and I have a
n old french MH next to us with a generator running. They are sitting a hundred yatds away drinking wine. A bl**dy nuisance. I hope its not running all night. Grrrrr.,.

If he wont turn it off having no site owner to complain to could be an issue I guess

Heres hoping it is only on a for a bit of charging before dark

have you got the France passion book as well, really is worth it, if you are on aire you don't like have a look in the FP book. We were at a vineyard last night, we are on another tonight

in fact we do tend to use more fp than Aires, especially if we don't need to fill up

Been to have words when genny ran out of petrol and he refilled and started again. My schoolboy frenchdid not run to "is it going to be running all night"! Fortunately they had a friend who spoke english. She explained they had a problem with their fridge and it only works on mains. It wont be running all night and they moved it to the other side of their MH. A shame really as this is a nice quiet location in a nice setting.

Just looking to see how far Parc Verger is. We should be off to Brantome tomorrow ready for the market on Friday. Maybe next week.

We were at a rally this weekend and was staggered by the number of generators running - a couple were quietish but some were very noisy. Some were charging mobility scooter batteries but some seemed to just be powering lights - I've never been anywhere with so many running at once

AH!!!!!!!!! The "Noisy" ones would have been "Kippers"...

Couple of years and you wont hear them....

Cos they would have broken down, and not fixable...
