And this one taken just now..

I think they are the same breed...

P1090261 (600 x 450).jpg

And what is this, taken last week ?

DSC_0047 (600 x 399).jpg

Looks bigger than the other two.. Well zoomed in when I took this... I thought it was a Red Kite... Is it. ?

We get a huge variation of Birds of Prey including three types of Owl`s.. Tawny/Barn & Little... (y)

And they all look like birds of prey to me.

First one is a Condor and the second an Albatross. I think the third one is a Blackbird. Bill Oddie? Pah!!

Look like buzzards to me too.
Don't get too many of them over us in Suffolk but we did think a pair were going to nest in a large oak tree just across the field a couple of years ago. After much coming and going they eventually cleared of much to our disappointment.

Nothing common about those Buzzards! They live in Dorset and frequent Old Mo's place - so they must be something special!!

11yrs, but many years a tugger.
They are, as already said, Buzzards, VeryOldMoNoMotorhomeMan. A Red Kite is easy to spot on the wing, as on the underside of both wings there is a white bar. There, you learn something every day, even at your highly advanced age

That`s her.... you remember meeting her do you.. ? (y)

I think she came over to borrow some sugar from you ... but you were out... :giggler:

Her Dad... Farmer Jim kicked her out.... so thought I would do the gentle man thing and offer her a bed for the night.. :pray2:

That was a week ago..... just cannot get rid of her... :swear2:

I believe there are also some old buzzards in the StAlbans area :D

Very true LarryHappyChappy. :(

Here is a picture of one perched on a lamp column over the M1, taken whilst I was out on a Scout hike. It's a bit out of focus, because of the time it took to get the camera out of the bag, I just took the shot quickly, because moments later he/she took off.

Further, please refrain from speaking about Managements mother in such derogatory terms.
