I believe that the hierarchy of many companies are arrogant enough to ignore the small man / customer that complains, not considering that a collection of such customers have kept them in the position they have been accustomed to.
Could be at their own peril

GJH and myself have been having a pop at these large companies and getting them put back in their place, this year to date.

if they fail to listen and take on customer complaints and issues, other companies will and they are the ones who will benefit.
