[HI]How will this affect our Freeview in the Motorhome[/HI]
What are your thoughts on this.???

The Register has some more on it:

The issue has been around for some time

It will not affect it at all...... we use satellite.....:thumb:::bigsmile:

Seems like another "scare mongering" tale.

It will only affect a small percentage of Freeview viewers, and even then there there is a pretty simple fix by using a filter....

No there is a seminar on Thursday and we will get a report from that
As put on the Darkside :-As usual, too much information going to too many uninformed people. Yes, there is a 1 in 12 chance that you may require a filter. For those affected, the Mobile Phone operators will pay for the filter to the first TV. If you use a distribution amplifier, only one filter is likely to be needed. If you use seperate feeds to each TV then you will need a filter for each TV.
If it is not possible to provide a satisfactory signal to your main TV, then the Mobile Operators will pay for whatever work is necessary to ensure a satisfactory TV reception into your house. The cost of this may be up to £10,000 for houses in outlying areas where a cable or other system has to be installed.
There is a technical seminar to discuss this in London this thursday, which I will be attending.
Following that I shall have a better picture of the facts rather than the conjecture offered by some websites who have listened to whispers.
