Can anyone tell me if there are any advantages to being a member of the 'Caravan Club' ?
We are considering unsubscribing this year as we nearly always camp in France and have only used a 'CC' site once and one 'CL' site.
Are there any disadvantages to not being a member ?

hi denny,
others will have there own view. Me? we unsubscribed several years ago and have never missed it. When I say never, I mean never.
However if you are a motorhomer that likes to use sites often with no children and able to get the cheap deals it would be worth keeping. When our children are grown up we may rejoin as many of the sites are nice, but with kids way to expensive.

Thanks Haganap,
Crossing the channel with their deals has no flexibility, whereas if we make our own arrangements, on line, we can change them if necessary.
