Something similar happened on my iPad a few months ago.

I can't remember what I did to get rid of it, but I went on one of the Apple support sites and there was a discussion going on about it and a simple remedy given.

Possibly this is a new virus though.

You could try spraying your phone with something, it works for these:

Nonsense.

Similar things have been around for years. You usually find them in dubious locations like torrent sites and porno ones.

They are the work of seconds to get rid of and no special software is needed.

Like the similar things that are common on Windows they rely on the user not having basic knowledge and panicking.
