We're hoping to have a look at motorhome this weekend based on a 2014 Peugeot Boxer - the 2.2 Hdi 130 bhp I believe. Are there any known issues I should look out for?

Dashboard lights coming on when cruise control is engaged. Just had mine (also 2014 model) changed under warranty and it is a very common problem. Cost around £800 if you have to pay for it!

If the engine is the renowned, almost perfect Ford 2.2 Puma, you'll be very unlucky to have any issues in that department.

If it's fitted with a DPF make sure you keep short, low engine rpm journeys to an absolute minimum to help prevent premature excessive sooting of said DPF.

This engine frequently enjoys having it's legs stretched

Thanks both....went and drove it today. Drove really well, cruise control seemed to work as it should, all i all seemed like a well looked-after van. In fact it sounded better than my 3 series diesel lol

Yep we are! There's a few things they need to fix on the habitation side so its going to be a couple of weeks before we can pick her up, but I'm pretty excited right now :-D
