As this campsite owner has seen fit to include a warning against Winnats pass on his website I think we'll take the other option. It would have been good practise for Bulgaria though where I'd like to go in August!

Returning here again today
It's a stunning location. Has anyone been recently?
We're staying at Thornton's Holt campsite near Newark en route. Nice and quiet with indoor heated pool
