Just joining Caravan Club after a spell of not being members (prefer Fun ) but now have to so we can use a CL so our son can do a weeks work experience - now at checkout & can put member who referred us so think you get a voucher? First to PM their surname & CC membership number will get this! Holding the screen open now...

It's about time the CC gave something away. You'll get nothing as a member just a steady increase in membership and pitch fees. Booking 12 months in advance is a no no as we still like to tour. As the name suggests it's the CARAVAN club.

Thought someone should benefit from us paying the huge membership fee! We were Caravan Club members for many years when we had caravans & enjoyed the great value caravan insurance & high standards at their sites but definitely caravan biased, sometimes officious & very expensive for peak periods There isn't the friendly club spirit like Fun but needed the CL pitch as nearest to where we have to be & half the price of commercial sites in that area so had to rejoin. Wasn't planning on that as there are plenty enough good Fun rallies this year to keep us happy Think their CL network is probably what most motorhomers keep going back for.
