image.jpg Sorry - I just keep on finding things that I'm not sure on. This looks like some kind of alarm speaker? Beer and whisky for all that have helped so far!

It's for communicating with Johann, the chief engineer in the engine room when you want full revs. Have you never seen Das Boot?

It's obviously a MIL warning device. They were very popular some years ago. (y) If body heat from the bed exceeded a certain level, (indicating frisky movement), the device would play a pre recorded message from your mother in law....."What are you up to with my daughter??? Put that thing away at once.............".:)

Not sure. 2 wires in and out. The out wires (red and black) appear to go into a bundle of wires which in turn feeds onto the circuit board. I wasn't really with it this morning, I'll try and get some better photos and trace the wires back when I get home.

The wires look pretty beefy and about right for alarm wires though the mounting bracket seems designed to allow it to swivel which might be a bit too sophisticated for an alarm?

Well I thought it looked like an alarm. But I have no fob for it! Unless it works off the main fob for the electric locking. How do I set it off - smash a window??!

Before you bother with any of this complicated alarm nonsense, start the engine up then try yelling 'SCHNELL!! SCHNELL!' into it and see if your MH goes any faster.
