    Hi all,

I havent bought a van yet, and am trying to soak up as much info as I can before I part with the cash !

A bit about me - Coming up to 50, and always fancied getting a motorhome or caravan. The more I thought about it the more the appeal of the MH seems greater, especially the idea of getting a LH drive one, and just meandering through France & Spain etc.

So the plan is to have a good look around and then pick something up in a few months, unless something really attractive comes up earlier. I'm probably going to spend around 10K, which doesn't seem much in the MH world, although it's more than I've ever spent on a car before.

I must apologise in advance, as no doubt I will be asking stupid questions from time to time, but I am a resonably fast learner for a grandad !

    Welcome,

I am new to this site although not quite a novice I guess, we started MHing around 4 years ago, although finding time to play, as a working 54 year old is tough. We live in South of Spain, but all too rarely manage to get out and about. I have recently started to follow the forums and found them to be full of good info, but more importantly populated with friendly people, so ask away, everybody has to start somewhere. I learn more everyday

I hope you can make your dream a reality and enjoy.

    Bon chance.
