i,m a newbie
hi all,
as the title says we are picking up our first camper in the morning,
we found this forum as we researched about it and found it very helpful already.
we were looking locally for the last 3 months hoping to pick up an old a class hymer
but it didn,t work out .one disappointment after another made us really fed up .
so in the end we decided to spend a bit more and have just bought a very well looked after 99 burstner 532-2 and we,re over the moon with it.
i,m sure we will be asking some silly newbie questions over the next while .
thanks jimmy:thumb:

I`m a newbie, now 1 year
Mannic point is an excellent site, apparently the best in Ireland, with awards, it is the most westernly site , have been there twice, we watch the boats while having our lunch, there is like a little cottage, with kitchen, a peat fire when weather is cold, and a room full of books, musical instruments of all kinds, cds etc for campers to use and meet up, has easy chairs /settees.

Welcome to the fun. Lots of places to visit in Ireland and good plan to do a short trip on your first outing.

We come over every year, mainly because I am Irish and come to see the folks. We love Kerry and Galway and plenty of places to stay.

hello all again ,it might be time for a name change !
having enjoyed our burstner over the last few years ,we went looking again for a hymer lately and found a 1995 low mileage german import e510,very clean well kept one ,so as it,s just the two of us with the one grandchild ,the deal was done .suits us perfect. probably bought with the heart more than the head as it,s quite older than our own van and needs a few jobs done to it but that,s another story .
googling e510 s doesn,t bring up much info as they seem quite rare ,sitting somewhere between a b class
and a s class .our first outing in it 2 weeks ago and what do we meet parked up ? another 95 e510 ,
sadly we never got to meet up with the owners ,but we,ll keep a look out for it in the future.
any info on this model would be much appreciated , thanks jimmy
