Hi Sam

Rhubarb to the Damon 'tiddler' Avanti - wrap yourself around a proper motorhome.........

Class A diesel to be unveiled at Louisville.

Damon Motor Coach has announced the introduction of Essence, its new top-of-the-line Class A diesel motorhome. Featuring the powerful 425-horsepower ISL Cummins® engine, Essence will be unveiled for the first time at the RVIA Show in Louisville.

Making the announcement, Dave Miller, Damon Vice President of Diesel Sales & Product Development noted that Essence has been designed to offer optimal luxury while maintaining an affordable retail price. “We have managed to bundle an unprecedented number of luxury features and amenities in the Essence and yet keep this model well within the reach of the average diesel motorhome buyer,” Miller said. Miller added that the MSRP will be approximately $250,000.

In addition to the new ISL Cummins engine, Essence will feature a burled wood, leather wrapped “SMART” steering wheel; full width electric sun shade and privacy screen; Villa™ designer quality furniture in the living room; three camera back-up system integrated into the large head chrome mirrors; and a completely digital touch screen multi-media system.

In addition to the new Essence, Damon Motor Coach, located in Elkhart, Ind., manufactures a full line of affordably-priced, high-quality Class A motorhomes including the Astoria and Tuscany diesel pushers and the gas-powered Daybreak and Challenger, plus the popular new Outlaw Toyhauler. Damon is a subsidiary of Thor Industries, Inc., Jackson Center, Ohio (NYSE: THO), the world’s largest manufacturer of recreation vehicles.
