Altea Strada bike carrier. (1 Viewer)

This towball mounted rack is in good condition, 3 years old, designed to carry 2 electric bikes on your Towball, with all electric and lights, and a push up loading ramp so can be loaded from either side.very handy sometimes, no lifting of bicycles onto rack.
Also have a Taylormade bike cover for 2 leccy bikes,(no slits), in good condition.
Rack is quite heavy so collection only please.
Asking £200 for rack and bike cover.

I'm getting a PVC with a towbar hopefully in the next few weeks & am looking for a suitable carrier for my ugly Chinese e-bike rather than a door mounted one.

Hi, my rack looks like the Strada DL, not sure if it is a sliding one though, never needed that facility on my coachbuilt , I will have to check it out and see.

I have found the Manual for the bike rack, it is an Altea Strada Sport M for E Bikes, it shows a facility to tilt the rack, looks approx 45Degrees to me, bought from the Roof Box Co, so you could visit their site to see specs, Tony.

We had a swing away one fitted to our PVC - I think you are also getting a WildAx?? Just used it going to Chester for Camperfest. See RoadPro's cycle carriers, we have the Van Star, yes it was expensive, but cheaper than going to Holland to get a Busbiker fitted!

I've now seen a YouTube video (it was linked by someone on the FB WEG) which showed a genuine real person using the Altea Strada DL on a Citroen, opening & closing the doors - so that's the one on my shopping list .
Shame @injebreck99 's one is an ML, not a DL, would have saved me a few quid.
