Just come back from being away for a couple of months in France/Spain. I forgot to take the cool box (a very old one of unknown brand).
We bought a cheapy from Carrefour, about €20, but its not as good as our old one in terms of how cold it gets. Still better than nothing and pre-cools the beer before getting a final chilling in the fridge. Uses 5amps continuously on 12v which is quite a lot, OK in the day with the solar but has to be turned off at night. They keep cool overnight if fairly full, and are quite noisy so better off at night anyway.
