Away at the moment at the moment and having to use gas for everything. When on electric all was ok but this is the first time I'vehad to use gas. I keep getting gas error on the control panel. Read the instructions but not much help. Only hot water needed. Any thoughts anyone?

Hi is anything working on gas is cooker , if not and gas is on you might have a crash safety type regulator , where the hose goes into the gas bottle there should be a green button , turn gas bottle on and press this green button in then at the regulator end there will be another green button press this in also , that will allow the gas to flow to appliances , good luck

Hopefully its all working now as it was a Month ago that Sausage had the problem.

Thanks for the replies, problem is still there - waiting for the dealer to book it in. Tried resetting both green buttons to no avail. Gas is getting through but very low pressure.
Sounds like a faulty valve. Been away a few times since but always on electric.

Sounds very much like the regulator
Try turning on 1 gas hob on full and if it lights ok then reduces down to a very low flame then may well be regulator.
