Hi gang,my Alde heating system needs topping up . Manual says to use glycol solution suitable for aluminium systems. Anybody know what I need to get.
Cheers, The Eagle.
Just found out it has to be g12++ antifreeze which can be purchased quite easily. Thanks.

Since 1964 Gosh that makes me feel old.
If the system is serviced properly & the fluid replaced at the proper intervals you can simply use water to top up the reservoir. That's exactly what you dealership would do in between services. If your cars radiator needs topping up you wouldn't use an anti freeze mix, you would simply use water or deionized water for most areas in England.

Now in their best John Major nasal voice I can just hear the "you don't wanna do that" its simply a case of you choose & we're all different. I've had Alde heating systems in caravans for many years & experienced no difficulty whatsoever.

Robert.
