Yes, set off in the normal way out of the port, following the crowd. Once on the motorway signed to Bilbao/ Burgos ( S10) you will go only ONE junction before you turn off at exit 2 , following the signs for Aeropuerto/ Puerto Deportivo ( ie marina). You cross under the motorway and onto Calle Marcos Ruiloba Palazuelos, and onto Poligono de Raos which you follow round the edge of the port area until you get to the marina. Then keep going right to the end of the marina area and it is there.

Good 24/7 security around the marina area too, so its OK to leave the MH for a Santander visit.
