Turned out my water pump was cracked. Still under warranty so was replaced by AMC at Little Dicker. (Thanks Alex). Great guy explained to me about filling water tank and bleeding the taps and also how important to drain fully for winter!! Seems person that had the van before me did not know this hence the damage to pump!!.
So panic over. Thanks for all your help.
