Irrespective though, you would have thought that the closest Burstener dealer would have helped, given that it is a recall and its a fuel matter. We couldn't cope with crap customer service so we stopped selling vans lol

Neither are many of the VW dealers there mostly franchise's and they still have to abide by the rules

It's an A Class and he said it was to do with the fuel filler which would have been fitted by Burstner.

Ah I see ... perhaps if the OP had PUT that in his original post it would have helped!

I assume the distance involved and the fact that Burstner have advised to take it to the NEAREST dealer to sort it out.
