We've never had a TV in our previous motorhomes let alone satellite but we do have it in our new van. Whilst I understand that I won't be able to get satellite tv down in Portugal, I see that some sites have connections on the pitch. My question is simply this: What do I need to connect to that service?
Thanks

A long coax lead with the relevant plugs, Usually 'F' type, connected to your equipment and the hookup point on site....
But you still won't get uk TV.

As PJ says,, but all the sites we have been on in Spain ( so similar set up I should think ) uses standard coax plugs.
You plug one end of the lead in to the service post and the other in to you television.
Retune the tv .. I would suggest retune both analogue and digital as many sites seem to split between the two with different channels fed to each !

If the site you are on has a massive sat dish up, there is a good chance you will get a few UK channels off of the post :)
