adac german speakers ?

    having joined adac ive got the card but im not sure what all the phone numbers are most important which do i ring in an emergency IMAG0859.jpg

    Don't know, but get google translate app. You can point it at anything and it will translate what it sees. Invaluable

    Hilfe im Ausland is help abroad, ie outside Germany. I suggest that is the only number you need, the operator will transfer your call to another department if necessary. Even in Germany, if you have a UK mobile I think you would dial the same number. With a German sim just dial the twos as shown on the card. If broken down its the number with lots of twos, the krankheit number is if you are ill. For example the German for hospital is krankhaus, or something like that. :)

    I had a breakdown in my car at home and dialled tel:0049 89 222222.
    Immediately dealt with by a chap speaking English as good as mine, AA arrived within about 40 minutes. Excellent service.
