ACSI app not working (1 Viewer)

When I log into the app I am getting a white scree with "This service is no longer available."
I tried uninstalling and re-installing, but no joy.
They may have brought the database down until January, but that sounds a strange way to do things.
Anyone else finding this?

I uninstalled again and then rebooted phone.
