    Here`s a random accidental shot?
Was dropping into Aviemore for some bits when we stopped to see the steam train, noticed lots of people about on the platform and bridge waiting for something and discovered a Steam Train was due through any minute!
But didnt realise it wasnt stopping and had the camera all set up for it when it stopped, so i randomly snapped away as it flew past?
Naturally 99% were deleted but this one!!
The camera focused on the name badge on the side too, Bonus!
    Enjoy.

Wow, if you had planned it that way it couldn't have been more impressive. :)

Looks to be in the old Caledonian Railway colours. Great shot. They should bring steam engines back, and then no-one from Friends of the Earth would travel anywhere!. (y)

ha, except it will probably be rubbish printing such a small file.
Shame photography has little if no value anymore as everyone is a pro these days??? Apparently?
Well, all the gear and no idea? Most of them!
    :)

I fully agree, few seem to appreciate the technical ability which is required for the most successful compositions.
Most think their 5 Megapixel smartphone taking a selfie is the pinnacle of photographic ability!
I used to love my Nikon 35mm SLR, I really must replace it with a digital version sometime soon.
Thank you for the inspirational shot.

    Thanks.
Have took years to build the self taught experience and kit.
Enjoy the long exposure landscapes the most with the 10-20mm and Lee filter kit.
Will throw a few more in. Glad you like them.
