This it is a lovely old book and gives a mile by mile account of the British coastline with maps.. .. ideal for finding these out of the way beaches and places for wilding.
Now sadly out of print but you can still find copies in secondhand book shops, charity shops and on ebay..
First published in 1972, I have my dad's well used copy, if you find one grab it.. you won't be disappointed..
