In the past I have used various solution in my MH when watching TV. These have never been tidy and on occasions have not been safe with wires and cables trailing from one side of van to the other..

With the new beast I wanted to have a bit of a tidy up.

So the TVs are going to be wall mounted (and stay there while in transit)

The satellite receiver is going in a cupboard (and stay there)

Solution? RCA cables :thumb:

I sat on the fence for a while because the nearest stockist is some miles away and MH accessory websites often use the manufacturers images and don't add enough information. The question in my head was if I swap the 12v/sat/aerial wall outlet for a RCA/sat/aerial outlet what wiring was required and would i need to break out the soldering iron (I hate soldering )

They came today. No wiring required! This is easy!

So satellite in goes to sky box. RCA cables come out of skybox into rear of new fascia plate. RCA cables from fascia plate into TV.

Aerial from roof or booster snip of the RF plug and screw on a F Type connector. Pop this into rear of fascia plate. RF lead from fascia plate to TV.

Happy days :thumb:
