Kindle undoubtedly the market leader backed by all the resources of mighty Amazon. Can this newcomer really make a dent....... guess time will tell.

Yes that seems like a good idea, even using the light they claim you can go a month between charges. My Kindle seems to always be on charge, (lasts a couple of weeks max) but I do use a light a lot which uses the Kindle battery, and I'm always forgetting to turn the wifi offoh:
