how long does it take for them to send you the card/book/bumf after ordering.
it's been 2 weeks and we're off on in a week to sunny spain

We ordered through caravan club and it came pretty quickly, about a week I think.
If you don't see it soon chase your suppliers, they must have a way to deal with this

Send them an Email.
We didn't receive the mini atlas with our books this year and, after an email, it arrived within the week.
Their customer service is good and no doubt they will send another which should arrive.

You never know, you may finish with two

Where did you order it from. If from ACSI....I have had trouble there before only resolved by a post on Facebook as a last resort. If from Vicarious then it should have been with you very promptly, a call to them would be the best bet for a quick resolution. Anyone else I cannot vouch for. Jane

My experience is direct from ACSI is about a month.

We ordered direct from ACSI, 3 months after paying, numerous emails and supposedly 2 packages posted, we cancelled the order - 3 days after ordering from Vicarious books arrived. ACSI did refund our payment. My vote will always be Vicarious now.

we had problems this year with web ordering from acsi. it was accepting orders but when did not arrive acsi told us the order was not received. so if you ordered online chase them up

when sorted it arrived in about 10 days

That is what we had - supposedly sent us a second book etc in mid January, still hadn't arrived in late February. What made it even more annoying was their inability to reply to queries. But, replied almost instantly when I asked them to cancel our subscription and refund charges! Really was not impressed at all.
