Should have taken us 4 days from St Malo to Benidorm.
4 break down trucks
3 garages
2 hotels
1 apartment
1hire car
A lot of euros
11 days later we arrived in Benidorm!
A lovely welcome and we are so glad we did not turn round and go back home ( felt like doing it on a few occaisions)
Now to relax and enjoy it!

Injection pump fitted on Thursday. Picked her up at 7pm. Determined to get on road and get a few miles done. Did 15 miles on motorway and broke down again. Diesel filter leaking, spurting out diesel like fountain. Looked cross threaded to us and the recovering mechanic. Taken to another garage for overnight stay. Picked up in morning by repairing garage. They claim that it must have been faulty as they had never touched it whilst doing repairs. We could not prove anything and had to pay for new part. Have kept original to get opinion on but as not due back till mid March will probably be to late to file complaint.

Beni for 4 weeks(should have been 5) then Benicarlo for3 weeks. Where funster rally was last year, lovely site .
