Always given a good word on here and here is another one.

My Schaudt battery/water gauge was playing up, in the end I traced it to the meter itself being faulty. A phone call to Allan at A and N and "does it say "leer voll". "Yes".

"That will be £37 Sir, I'm sorry about the price but that's what the Germans charge. Paid by bank transfer at 14:30 yesterday.

Today 10:57 -- working perfectly.

So, BIG THANKS to A and N. Another one of The Good Guys.

Good point. That's two failures of their equipment, the charger packed up years ago.

Could be worse, it could be a well known British system.
