As owner of a c class motorhome, is it allowed to wave at someone coming the other way with a 5th wheeler?

I saw one coming the other way today and was about to wave, then got cold feet as i imagined them ignoring my wave and begin to laugh and snigger at me!

    What is the protocol?

    1. Wave
    2. Ignore completely
    3. Point my finger and laugh
    4. Ignore, but watch them to see if they point and laugh at me?
    5. Trade in my c class, buy a 5th wheel and see if motorhomers wave at me, then trade back to a c class.

    Any other protocols?

only ever been waved to once by an A class RV, was leaving Lincoln show at the time and it was approaching show area, so would be in shock that someone did wave.

Did this make you feel happy? Do motorhomers not waving make you feel inadequate? Are you in therapy cos of this?

If so i think motorhome fun members should make an effort and start waving! Think i will make a start and submit statistical analysis to the forum at a later date!
