Perspex can be heated and re shaped if done carefully....can get that in B& Q and any good DIY store...

If you need it white go to a model shop and buy some Styrene sheet in the thickness you want...

No but Styrene glues very well, including butt joints...using the special cement mixed with superglue...

I'm not sure you can get it in 4mm thickness though..

UPVC cladding board can be shaped with a heatgun, but discolours easily, so you will have to spray it to suit. available in 5m lengths and various width including 250mm. being only a few mm thick, you would need to find something to form it over rather than freehand. maybe make the shape up in wood, just smaller than needed. lay the UPVC over it and warm it up, whilst applying a bending force. its likely to take some time and will need working in stages till its as required. from experience I have found that if not firmly fixed down bent UPVC tends to spring back a bit if it gets warm again. so may be best to do the trim in shorter sections

Hi Bill the thinnest the cladding guys will have is WESTBRICK cover sill at 3 mm x 250mm wide but it is very hard and stiff--I think you will need some 2mm door skin flat blanks almost 7 ft x 3 ft they are very pliable--- can you remember my back box? that was covered with a sheet but it has a wood-grain effect on it not smooth. They cost around 15 to 20 quid a sheet depending if they like you or not
I have a sheet of the wood grain stuff in my garage along with some 3 to 4 ft off cuts around 8 to 12 ins wide --will post a pic but don't know if the grain will show up =centre bit of box
