Have a CHNT NB1-63 240V circuit breaker fitted on my Hymer 655. It fails to reset when switched on/off yet display unit over the door shows 240v connected. None of the 240v sockets are live. Is there a fuse in reset mechanism in the breaker or does it mean a new unit?

as Jim said, some breakers require you to push down before resetting upwards.

try resetting with the hookup lead unplugged...if it resets OK then you probably have a fault on the circuit...faulty appliance, mouse chewed wiring etc.

if it wont reset with power off you have a knackered breaker and it needs replacing.

suitable replacement

We had the same problem, only last week, unpluged the EHU and re pluged, and all was well.

Hope it works for you:thumb:
