2000 Hymer B-584 Skylight wind up gears... (1 Viewer)

Our new (to us) 2000 Hymer B-584 has an issue with it's hab area wind up skylight. The wind up handle needs one to assist (push up) raising the skylight while one winds it up with the handle. What lubricant/grease should we use on the the nylon beveled gears and metal threaded rod to service the mechanism?? The entire mechanism was caked in years of decomposing leaf/vegetation before we water cleaned it and now needs some lube to restore.

I used rubber/Nylon silicon spray on mine and it free'd it up.
