2 'How to links' havn't worked for me (1 Viewer)

Just been having a look at the 'How to' threads- 2 of them wouldn't load for me.
'How to put a photo inside a post' and 'How to put a link in a post' I did clear my browser cache,so what else can be wrong ?

It's working now !! And what ever has been done has also cured the problem I had of not being able to get into Chatroom on my desktop comp.
