Hi Guys

Just getting the last little bits ready before we head off next week for our trip to Morocco. One thing I'm missing is a heavy duty"ish" 12 volt extension lead. I need this to power the compressor which I use to check tyres and airbags on the RV. Visited every autoshop and tool shop locally with no success.
Must be able to buy one on the internet; any ideas???????

How heavy?
When i needed heavy duty cable to connect two batteries i used a set of heavy duty jump leads and just changed the connectors!

Have you tried the obvious outlets such as Ebay, Maplins, Roadpro and Towsure?

When i used the 5m cig lighter extn leads that you can buy at shows, and then hook up the truckair compressor, after about 2 minutes it melts the plug!, yet the Truckair plug if used directly doesn't get warm even after 30mins

So if your source some Rory I'll have some too:Smile:
