I'm a newbie
:cry:My problem is the 12v control panel keeps going off,it can stay on for hours or just minutes,I've checked all connections,the handbook faults list gives low battery 10v can cause this but the battery is over 12.55 with my multimeter.
Equipment is CBS 12v control panel PC150-4L
CBS 12v distribution board DS 300TR
CBS security box EPC relay 205078
can any body help ?

many many years! since I was a kid
could easily be a faulty panel as they have been known to fail

We have a similar problem with ours. The panel shows the leisure battery is fine but the starter battery at only 1.7 Volt. Measure the volts across the starter battery itself and its 12.6 Volt.

Plug the van into the mains and both batteries indicate fully charged at 13+ Volts. However when you unplug the mains the starter battery voltage indication slowly decays back to 1.7 Volts :Angry:

I had similar symptoms which turned out to be the liesure battery negative had come adrift from its terminal and was only making partial contact, not the battery end the other end where it connected to the fuse board.
