Hi Top

Like a muppet, I pulled the connections out of a faulty tube without thinking about fitting the new one, now I can't get it to work. How should it be connected?, four conections, two at each end with nothing to distinguish them from each other.

Will a voltmeter help?

Cheers

Not sure on the type of fitting you have but if like mine they push into place and appear ok but they need a gently push inward to make sure they are seated in the sockets properly or they don't work.

May seem obvious (wasnt to me with my DIY skills:roflmto:)If they need pushing into place note the 'gentle' push and pushing via the metal ends of the tube is recommended as they can be delicate and the glass breaks easily. Don't ask me how I know:Doh:
