many sites have 10amp hook up supply has a rough guide what appliances can i expect to use and keep within limits to prevent overload:Smile:

10amps gives you 2.3 kw or 2,300 watts

so in theory you could run a 2kw fan heater, a kettle , or toaster etc but obviously not all at once, check each appliance's label to see what it's rated at.

also remember you have to allow about 3 or 4 amp for the battery charger and fridge.. which only leaves 6 - 7 amps or about 1.5kw

The easiest way to monitor is to fit an Owl Wireless Power meter , about £30 from many DIY stores, this gives you an accurate readout of your power use.. it has an alarm that can be adjusted to suite the available supply.
