My Alde 3020 control panel froze on me today in our brand new 740 and as a result showed 'overheat red fail' and NO heating or hot water! Rang my man 'that does' and he said to take off black cover on boiler unit, take out fuse in green plastic holder briefly and then put it back and bingo... All reset itself and now warm as toast

Very useful to know - control panel not frozen but exactly same error message when I connected power to the MH yesterday. It is a Bailey 745 and only 6 months old.... Will try that!

Many thanks for this tip.we have a new Bailey 75-2 i had topped up the antifreeze before setting of on our Tour De France and got the RED Overheat fail message. So did as you suggested, pulled out the green fuse and plugged it back in and hey presto, problem solved and we can continue our 3 week tour relaxed. Brilliant thanks!

Seems to be 3 Baileys all with the same problem, is it something in the installation?
