Red light keeps illuminating the cutting off.plenty of gas.vent not blocked. Advice appreciated.

Would help to give make and model.
This happened on my Truma combi and I had to take the cover off the unit and look at the error code shown. Needed to follow handbook carefully. Was difficult to get cover off. However, I think I fixed it by the simple expedient of turning all off and on. It was a brand new unit so I didn't expect to get a fault.

Same problem on our ultrastore recentky took it fot the hab service thay said it was ok which I wasn't pleased at but now working ok!!!!
