Sunshine Festival Motorhome Fun Meet ticket price:
Adults £64 each (normally £80) which includes entry ticket & camping from Thursday 24 August 2pm at no extra cost (normally £10 extra) until Monday 28 August 2pm. There will be toilets & showers provided & dogs are allowed

For those booked for Sunshine please can you let me know which day & rough idea of time that you plan to arrive (know some of you have already) & see the list below:

Some info. & tips to hopefully help those attending the Sunshine Festival Meet:

1. Set off with empty waste & full water tanks if you can. There will be regularly serviced Portaloos, water taps & waste dump (no rinsing) tanks plus good showers but likely to be a walk away & may be access on foot only.

2. Arrive on Thursday 2pm onwards (earlier may be possible tbc) up until midday on Friday to ensure that you get a space in our allocated Fun/RVOC area. If arriving later with no festival staff to control the camping fields we may not be able to prevent others pitching in our area – please let us know when you plan to arrive & you will have our mobile number (all on list will be sent a PM) to let us know if any change.

3. The 6m gap rule does not apply to meets as we are under the festival rules not club rally rules so the only safety rule for camping at many festivals is to keep the fire lanes clear. However we will do our best to negotiate a big enough area & aim to pitch everyone with the safest possible spacing.

4. Groups need to arrive together to be pitched together – not possible to save spaces next to you.

5. Disabled facilities are limited – please let us know if you have any special requirements.

6. Bring carrier or bin bags for rubbish as only a few bins so easiest to drop off a bag in bins outside arena when going in from the camping area.

7. Programme – costs £1 as you go in to arena & necessary for timing of the acts – get one early so you don’t miss your favourite ones

8. With so much going on at the festival & Upton Upon Severn to explore there are no extra social gatherings planned but sure there will still be many chats & new friends made in the field!

Don't know as not been before - maybe someone else can advise?
Do know that unlike Upton Blues the festival is in the fields not the town if that helps?
