Cannot do it in February though, it will be towards the end of March the PM's go out..
I never want to send them before then as I need to be 'in the office' to organise everything

Cost of meet will remain the same as it has been for donkeys years, £10 per head ( children under 14 no charge )

Is this £10 pn /ph or £10 each for the stay? And is it a field or some sort of cloub or car perk .john if u don't know could put me on to some one who been befor thank u

As I have run the meet in one form or other since 2000 I reckon I can answer the questions
It is £10 per person for the whole event.. So a MH with two people in it pays £20.
You can arrive on the Wednesday and do not have to leave until the following Wednesday if that is your wish..
It is a rugby club with bar and showers etc
We are allowed to park pretty much anywhere except on the pitches and can situate in excess of 100 vans
