That's as small as it went Jim, probably why it didn't sell! All you did was pull the saddle upwards and it folded in on itself, even the pedals still stuck out!

It must be longer than that! Iv'e had mine over 3 weeks and am on my second set of tyres already and you'd ordered yours some time before that.

Extras Andy? Why have you bought a seat post rubber bung when one comes as standard with the bike? Just asking!!!

Mine came with a "firm shock rubber" as standard. You do get a free choice! We are talking about the Brompton rubber and not another type of rubber from the hairdressers are we?

I remember my Dad buying my Mum a Moulton when I was a kid. She never ever took to it and the small wheels made it awful to ride even with 3 Sturmey Archer gears! Good suspension but it didn't fold so perhaps that's the thing with a Brompton.

Still made & cost a fortune. I sold a 1965 4 speed over here last year. Bloke came from Alicante for it. Amazed at the interest in it here. Very Pleasant ride , as riding any sort of bike can be, even with the small wheels but best on a decent surface.

Ooh, can't wait for the pics! Have temporarily abandoned my Brompton for my daughter's full size Freecycle. Thought I might fall in love with the bigger bike again, but no, I find the Brompton easier.

I've just been watching reviews of the 2017 editions on U tube. Seems the new gear shifters are already in use. I hope mine has the new ones as its only just been built
