C&CC Online Booking (1 Viewer)

Is it just me or do others have problems with the C&CC online booking website? I find it impossible using a smartphone and painful, at best using a desktop computer. It has to be the most complex way of booking I have ever used.

Always check your bank account after doing an online booking. On 2 occasions this year they have taken the £25 deposit twice and I had to phone to get it rectified. I got the impression they new there was a fault at times with their system!!!

Agree. We have had problems booking on the iPhone whilecwe are away. Just end up ringing the site direct.
