Great bit of kit. Does double up as an oven. Downside, it needs 240v and for that you are either hammering your batteries with an inverter or on a site hook up.

We ditched as much as possible that needed mains and converted to 12v or gas.

A double skillet, on a very low gas flame, does the same thing if you can get one.

Yes, loads of Funsters have them and they are highly recommended. HOWEVER the price, IMO, is rediculous when bought in the UK from Lakeland, search and import direct and it is a lot cheaper.

Since 2007. But no more.
I use mine regularly and like it very much. It gets used as an oven and for grilling. As the element is in the lid, it does both well.
Bought mine from Broken Link Removed

They also sell a look-alike but this isn't very good by all reports but the genuine one they sell is the one to go for.

Don't bother with the look-alike, yes the Remoska is expensive but when you consider all it can do!
I use mine regularly, dry roast whole chicken or portions or any other meat joint, duck legs, chick thighs on top of a collection of veg.
Jacket potatoes, bought/homemade pies, will also reheat many other foods too. I reheat bought chippy chips too.
Bake cakes, bread, it's very versatile.
Go to http://www.remoska.co.uk/ and look at 'user recipes'.

If yours is Remoska branded one then all good (y) - the square unbranded ones that work in the same way have been known to have problems with the non-stick coating peeling.
