just posted on the NWMotorway police Twitter feed, recovered M62 at Rocket, Liverpool, stolen GMP Wigan area. No other details known .. Sorry the image sideways, that's how it was and no editing software with me. View media item 17939

The police would then respect their human rights, have to apply to the court for an eviction notice by which time it was on the ferry to Ireland!

I make no apology for the way I think as I was brought up in a different world where you would look after your neighbours and run up to the shops for them if needed not try and steal from them. I bet these waste of space scrotes get a slapped wrist at worse.

I would charge him (assume it is a him ) with attempted manslaughter because he was driving under the influence.
