 We're planning Christmas and New Year away again this year and are thinking of going to France but Mr Spritely may need another eye operation and if so will be looking to go down to Devon or Cornwall instead. Have rallied over Christmas and New Year in recent years and always had a good time and always been made very welcome by whichever group we've been with. If we do get to France we're thinking of heading to Parc Verger  The good thing about mohoming is the flexibility aint it :smiley:

Since 2009 with motorhomes several caravans then tents before that.
We've still got kids at home so that's where Xmas will be. But we are looking forward to a trip to Moffat for the new year. We went last year. Enjoyed it so much, that we booked for this year whilst we were sill there!

We've just spent a couple of enjoyable nights at the site, after our break to the Hebridean Islands, before calling at Hawes on the way home. We don't "do" sites , as a rule. But we like this one.
It's just had newly renovated shower blocks. No club or bar on site. Open all year and only 5 mins walk into Moffat. With all the lovely little town has to offer. Not expensive either.
Ralph's nicely rested , ready to build a dry stone wall in Keithley tomorrow.

We tend to stay at home alternate years. This year we're off to France but no idea what region yet, but possibly th Loire valley.

Yes you'll need to book. We were there last Saturday , Sunday and the site was full . While there we changed our pitch for the New Year and they said the site was filling up nicely for it.

Hi Carl, you may love it, or you may loathe the place.
But whatever, you will find plenty of Funster Snowbirds
in Benidorm for the festive season.
