Hi ....can anyone help!!! We've got a 1999 Elddis suntor SE and don't know how to fill the cistern up....had tourers before and thought they'd be very much alike...Wrong.....know how to empty it but where do you fill it . Got an onboard water storage but can't find any taps or such to turn on to fill the cistern.....nothing in the manual either to help .
Thank you .....xx

Don't know about your specific model however .......

It will either have its own tank (access to filler usually in the same hatch as your cassette)

Or it will be run via a pump from from your main water tank.

Hmm, I'm assuming you have some water in your main tank?

Are there any unidentified filler caps on the outside wall (near the loo?)

Does loo sound like it has its own pump (different noise to tap pump)?

I've google imaged your van, are you sure you don't have another water fill point above the cassette access hatch on the outside of the van?

Most of the elddis images appear to show a filler above the loo as in this image

many many years! since I was a kid
the swing out spout above the cassette

oops just zoomed in. yours is tank fed. if its not flushing, you need to check it has power. common fault is the valve jams too

OK so no outside fill point or swing out filler for its own tank .therefore should be fill from main Water tank with push button on top of toilet body or a remote switch inset into the furnishings?
It maybe its own pump is us

Living the dream.
From the outside it looks just like ours Lilian. The flush water comes from the main tank as has been said, so, if pump starts and produces water into the bathroom sink happy days, listen to the noise it makes while your stood in the bathroom then press the toilet flush button and it should make the same noise and flush the loo. If it's not the same noise there could be a blockage somewhere after the pump but before the loo. (y)

Edit, if you can't get it fixed don't let it stop you using your MoHo, just flush with water from the sink.
